5 things I can’t get off my mind

lists

Soul City – My good friends Jarrett and Jeanie Stevens are on to something.  And, I’m not even kidding when I say I might just move to Chicago to be a part of it.

Comedy – What’s the difference between being a funny person, and being a comedian?  Should I put more of myself into what I think is funny, or what they think is funny.  If you are even the slightest bit interested in the art of comedy, listen to this Jerry Seinfeld interview sometime.

Love - In the long run, what makes more of a difference?  A meaningful but shallow impact on the masses, or a laborious but deep impact on a few.  Seems like for some leaders it’s a trade off. (whoa, I’m going to have to revisit this topic)

Project Management – projects, projects, projects.  I thank God for more projects.  Now, how do I make sure they all get done?  On time.  Efficiently.

10SecondsofZany.com – I wish I could say more.  You’ll know soon enough.

Tripp, your blog ROCKS! ROCKS! ROCKS!!!!

I love this list. And I especially want to read a blog post drilling down on the topic of shallow to the masses or deep impact on few.

Maybe you should hire a project manager? Or get an intern. I guarantee a well-educated intern would LOVE to work for you for peanuts – seriously, just working for you is valuable experience.

Tripp! Move to Chicago – we would welcome you with open arms!

I know what you mean about more projects than you can keep in the air at times.

I'm with Jesse. Believe it or not, I'd pay YOU to work with you.

(And I could go all day on the Love topic).

Tripp, Thanks for such a cool post. I just Tweeted it – BTW, have you read "Getting Things Done" by David Allen? Killer application philosophy. It's changed how I manage projects vis-a-vis my management of specific project related actions. Wicked awesome.
