Rock Band Facts

lists, Seriously

I just got back from a bus trip with Fee, and there are a few things I learned about being on tour with a rock band.

1.  Sleeping on a bus is sort of like having a short mattress on top of a mechanical bull.  A mechanical bull that’s moving 70 mph and being controlled by a guy who hasn’t slept for 32 hours.

2.  Guys who play guitar for a living aren’t impressed by my ability to play the first two measures of “free fallin” the first 8 notes of “Jessica” or even the entire first verse of “Hold My Hand” In fact, I’m not even sure I got noticed.

3.  Practicing Bass doesn’t result in a bad haircut.  Those mullet/comb-overs are intentional.

4.  Throwing TVs off balconies is also not impressive in real life.  Especially when you don’t make it over the rail.

I'm just wondering what everyone in Fee is blogging in regards to you this morning? "Just got back from a bus trip with Tripp …"

I'll always be impressed with your ability to play three chords. you know how many people can't do that? tens of people.
